You are cordially invited to the Jack Hall Michigan State Police Retirees Ring of Honor Banquet.
This prestigious award will recognize our 2026 inductees Colonel Ritchie T. Davis (Retired) (posthumously) and Colonel Tadarial J. Sturdivant (Retired), the first African American Director of the Michigan State Police. Both of whom demonstrated unwavering commitment to diversity, steadfast servant leadership, mentoring and integrity in public service.
The program will feature as our keynote speaker, Anthony Holt, Chief of Police, Wayne State University and guest speaker Colonel James F. Grady II, the 20th Director of the Michigan Department of State Police.
This event is open to, and welcomes all MSP active and retired personnel, as well as family, friends and supporters without exception.

The Ring of Honor Scholarship Committee is proud to offer a scholarship in the amount of
$1000.00 for one special student for the 2026 school year. The funds will go directly to the winner for their higher education to help pay for tuition and books or other costs. The winner will be selected in advance and will be awarded their scholarship check at the Ring of Honor Dinner. This scholarship is the first of its kind for the ROH and will be replicated each year.
